Ready to book? There’s a $35-$50 deposit dependent on service via the booking site. Deposit goes towards your total service. Deposits are only refundable if a cancellation or modification is made by me and doesn’t work for you. Deposits are transferable one time as long as the cancellation/modification is made 24 hours before the original appointment time.
Payment methods? Cash is our preferred payment method with a 4% discount. Don’t have cash? No worries! We accept Debit/Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Keep in mind sales tax is not included in our pricing and the sales tax rate in NYS/NYC is 8.875%.
Things to do before you come:

Lash service: Avoid caffeine before your appointment, remove all makeup from the eyes, and remove contact lenses if applicable.
Sugar/Wax service: Avoid shaving or depilatory creams two weeks prior to your appointment. Exfoliate 2-3 days before your appointment for optimal results, and limit the amount of creams/lotions on the area of the body you're removing hair. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. If you’re worried about pain, you may take an ibuprofen at your discretion 20 minutes before your appointment. Refrain from using numbing creams as it creates a barrier that inhibits the hair removal process.
Running late? No worries! There is a 15 minute grace period. Anything after the 20 minute mark is a canceled appointment and a forfeit of deposit.
Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. If not there will be a forfeit of your deposit.
No shows will result in the full service amount to be paid before being able to book any future appointments.

Our custom jewelry chains are sourced from reputable companies all over the United States. However, there may be times where our dainty chains may break as they are not indestructible. If something like this occurs, we ask that you please let us know right away and send a picture to our email firstclassnovas@gmail.com. All chains that break at the jump ring can be rewelded for free anytime. If there is a break in chain we can either add an extra jump ring or replace the chain at no cost to you. If you happen to lose a chain that was permanent, we will replace it for 50% off at our discretion with the same chain or one of equal value. Resizing the length of your chain may be subject to a $5 resizing fee.
